Gazprom to offer 1 bln euros perpetual replacement bonds on Wed

MOSCOW, Jan 10 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom will offer 1 billion euros of perpetual replacement bonds on Wednesday, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The bonds will be paid using cash or Eurobonds, whose rights are registered by Russian depositories.

The issue carries an option of early redemption at the discretion of the issuer.
